Bombay Chamber is the oldest Chamber of commerce in the Country, established in 1836. It has played a significant role in supporting the development of trade and industry in Mumbai and India. The Chamber serves as an effective vehicle of communication between the Government and Regulatory bodies, International agencies, the Corporates and the Society at large.

Bombay Chamber has been organising International Conferences in India dedicated to the Maritime fraternity since 1998. The 12th Biennial International Conference on Ports, Shipping and Logistics, isa strategicflag-ship activity of Bombay Chamber which encompasses the interests of different industry segments, Exim Trade, supply chain and stakeholders from the logistics industry.
